By engaging 4 Elements Painting for cleaning or painting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4 Elements Painting provides expert services including:

• Home inside and outside painting
• House cleaning services (one-time and recurring)
• Pressure washing for driveways, patios, and exterior surfaces (upcoming)
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleanup (upcoming)

All services are provided in Newcastle, Upper Hunter, and Central Coast areas of NSW, Australia.

• Free estimates are provided for all services
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and scope of work
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Prices include GST where applicable

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Remove or secure valuable and fragile items
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide accurate information about the scope of work

• 4 Elements Painting is fully insured for public liability
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a fee
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions

We back our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and agree on a fix.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in New South Wales courts.
