Painting a holiday house or second home
A good share of the housing around the lake is not lived in full time, and that is an advantage worth using. An empty house means we can run the whole interior in one continuous pass instead of shuffling a family around room by room. It is faster, it costs less in set-up, and the finish is more consistent because the whole job is done in the same conditions. If you can give us the keys and a clear week, tell us at the quote and we will price it that way.
Houses that sit closed up
A home that is shut for weeks at a time builds humidity, and that shows up first in bathrooms, laundries, and built-in wardrobes on the southern side. We use mould-resistant interior systems in those rooms specifically, which is a better spend than applying them throughout.
Remote sign-off
If you are not local we can work to written scope, send progress photos, and handle access through your agent or a neighbour. You should not need to drive down twice to get a repaint done.
