Exterior Repaint — Merewether NSW

The owner wanted a cleaner street-facing look and longer-lasting protection against salt air before summer. First, we completed a full exterior wash, salt residue removal, and targeted prep around windows, fascia, and joins where movement had caused minor cracking.

Next, we patched, sanded, and spot-primed exposed areas before applying a two-coat exterior system selected for coastal conditions. The colour direction stayed close to the original palette but with a brighter trim contrast so the front elevation looked sharper from the street.

We staged the work to keep access clear for the residents and neighbours, with tidy daily closeout and clear communication on weather windows. Final handover included a walkthrough, touch-up checklist, and maintenance notes for high-exposure sides of the property.
